INTERIM MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISOR

PURPOSE
Finding the right Director or supervisor for the Health Information Management department requires time. While you are recruiting, you need someone to stabilize the operations. YPRO Corporation will provide you with an experienced, credentialed consultant who will keep the department moving meeting its financial, regulatory and personnel demands while bringing into it a wealth of expertise of what works and doesn't work.

METHODOLOGY
YPRO's Interim Manager/supervisor is responsible for overall operations of the department /section including organizing workflow, facilitating intradepartmental communications, meeting reimbursement standards of productivity and quality, meeting JCAHO requirements, addressing personnel issues and meeting other job description requirements. The consultant selected will meet the approval of the client. While performing the job, the YPRO consultant will perform an overall operational analysis of the department and if necessary, will train the incoming new director.
