After graduating cum laude from Northwoods University, Mr. Myers founded a computer time sharing company. His computer experience lead him to join the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand as a healthcare consultant involved with the regulatory environment. Mr. Myers then went on to found YPRO Corporation emphasizing education as the basis of assisting hospitals improve their coding accuracy and DRG assignment. Mr. Myers was one of the first developers of remote coding service. YPRO Corporation's remote coding service, ImageCode was developed over 6 years ago and has now transformed into a web-based service.

Judy McLear Myers began her healthcare managerial experience as the Administrative Laboratory Director of a large Midwest teaching hospital. Moving from the laboratory Ms. Myers became an Assistant VP of a mid-size Midwest hospital where her duties revolved around compliance, physician documentation, and patient management. Ms. Myers co-authored the first edition of, "The Physician DRG Working Guidebook" St. Anthony Publishing, 1984. Ms. Myers joined YPRO Corporation to in 1987 and has provided direction to marketing, administration and management projects. Her recent experience as Board Chair for a northern hospital rounds out her total hospital experience. She brings to the client a knowledge of understanding from the Board level to the technical level of operations. She is the YPRO Compliance officer.
