YPRO provides experienced quality coding staff trained in inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, observation, ambulatory surgery, E&M (facility and physician) and outpatient clinic visits. The coding staff also has experience with various types of encoding and abstracting systems. YPRO's coding staff can assist you in eliminating coding backlogs or keep the coding current during employee vacations or sick time. YPRO's coding staff codes all cases based on guidelines established by Coding Clinic and CPT Assistant. These are the recognized sources of reference for coding.

PURPOSE
YPRO's primary goal is to provide the best possible coding solution for all of your needs, total outsourcing, backlog, vacation fill in, etc. We are committed to providing quality coding, while providing quick turnaround times to enable the hospital to process claims within their normal turnaround time. This is accomplished not only by prompt coding, but also by coding accurately to avoid payment denials that would necessitate repeated billing. The hospital's revenue can be increased by coding to the highest level legally and ethically allowed based upon documentation in the medical record.

METHODOLOGY
YPRO offers on-site and remote coding. Upon execution of the YPRO coding contract, YPRO will work with the client in assigning a coding consultant that meets the needs and approval of the client. YPRO's coding consultant(s) will train on the facility's department guidelines. YPRO's coding consultant will meet the client's schedule needs and will provide YPRO's standard of productivity. YPRO's remote coding is conducted through HIPAA secured ImageCode or through a direct internet link with the client.
